At Capital Grille, we strive to provide our guests with the best dining experience possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange according to our return policy.

Returns without a Receipt

If you do not have a receipt, we will gladly offer a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all returns without a receipt.
We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange without a receipt.

Refunds

If you choose to return an item without a receipt, you will receive store credit for the current selling price of the item.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
If you paid with a credit or debit card, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
If you paid with cash, a check will be mailed to the address on file within 14 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item without a receipt, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date.
The exchanged item must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase.
If the exchanged item is of greater value, the customer must pay the difference.
