  • Visit the RALPHS website at www.ralphs.com
  • Click on the "Sign In/Register" button at the top right corner of the homepage
  • If you already have an account, enter your email and password to sign in. If you do not have an account, click on "Create an Account" and follow the prompts to register
  • Once signed in, click on "My Account" and select "My Purchases" from the dropdown menu
  • Scroll down to find the purchase for which you need a duplicate receipt
