If you have lost or misplaced your original receipt from a MoneyGram international transaction, don't worry. You can easily obtain a duplicate receipt by following these simple steps:

    • Step 1: Contact MoneyGram Customer Service

Call MoneyGram's customer service line at 1-800-MONEYGRAM (1-800-666-3947) and explain that you need a duplicate receipt. You will need to provide them with the following information:

      • Your name and contact information
      • The date of the transaction
      • The amount sent
      • The recipient's name and location
      • The transaction reference number (if available)

MoneyGram's customer service representatives will be able to assist you in obtaining a duplicate receipt.

    • Step 2: Visit a MoneyGram Agent Location

If you are unable to contact customer service or prefer to do it in person, you can also visit a MoneyGram agent location. Provide the agent with the same information listed in step 1, and they will be able to print a duplicate receipt for you.

    • Step 3: Request a Receipt by Mail

If you are unable to visit a MoneyGram agent location, you can also request a duplicate receipt to be sent to you by mail. You will need to fill out a Send Money Form and check the box for "Receipt Request." Mail the completed form to the address listed on the form, along with a $15 processing fee. MoneyGram will then mail a duplicate receipt to you within 7-10 business days.

It is important to note that MoneyGram may not be able to provide a duplicate receipt for transactions made more than 90 days ago. Additionally, fees may apply for obtaining a duplicate receipt.
