At Boot Barn, our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy without a receipt is as follows:

  • If the item is returned within 60 days of purchase, the customer will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
  • If the item is returned after 60 days of purchase, the customer will receive store credit for the current selling price of the item.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and accompanied by the original packaging.
  • If the item was purchased online, it can be returned to any Boot Barn store or shipped back to our warehouse using the provided return label.
  • If the item was purchased in-store, it must be returned to a Boot Barn store for a return or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued for the price paid after any discounts or promotions were applied at the time of purchase.

How can I get a duplicate receipt from Boot Barn ?

To obtain a duplicate receipt from Boot Barn, you can follow these steps: 1. Visit the Boot Barn website and click on the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the page. 2. Scroll down and click on the "Order Status and Returns" option. 3. On the next page, click on the "View Order History" button. 4. Log in to your account using your email address and password. 5. Once logged in, you will see a list of your previous orders. Find the order for which you need a duplicate receipt and click on the "View Order" button next to it. 6. On the order details page, scroll down to the bottom and click on the "Print Receipt" button. 7. This will open a printable version of your receipt in a new window. You can either print it out or save it as a PDF for your records. Alternatively, if you do not have an online account with Boot Barn, you can contact their customer service team and request a duplicate receipt.
